Thlayli is the Lapine name for Bigwig, the rabbit Lika is obsessed with from "Watership Down". Unfortunately, finding a picture of Bigwig is next to impossible, so this bunny girl will have to do. Lika isn't shedding any tears over that ^_~ This layout features an original character by Sugisaki Yukiru. She is the mangaka who created D.N.Angel, Kouhosei Megami, Sotsugyo M, and Brain Powered. Sugisaki sensei also seems to have an obsession with rabbits. Unfortunately, this cute snow bunny doesn't seem to have a name. So for now, let's just call her "Jailbait Bunny". ^__^

CHEERS New Asuka issue is out :D And thirty pages for a change! It's about time, CLAMP. Poor Nataku. I owe Nataku a big one *Glomps Nataku* Some more comments, because they're always fun :D

Check out Laura's Top 20 X-Files episodes! As if her Doggett!Slutness wasn't appealing enough, and the fact that she likes Reyes and hates schmoop, her list is fabulous. "Paperlip" in the top 5, "4-D" in the top 10, "Our Town" in the top 20, plus "Duane Barry", "Apocypha", "Irresistible" and "Darkness Falls", it's a gorgeous list. Some people's list don't even have "Paperclip".

They're rerunning S8-9 episodes on Friday on Fox so I can finally catch up on the episodes I miss. I missed it yesterday, which is fine with me because I wasn't all that interested in seeing an episode about a butt-genie. "Daemonicus" is on this Friday though, and I'm really looking foward to that. Apparently Doggett and Reyes did really well in that one. I can't wait to see "Invocation", "Empedocles", and "Via Negetiva." Doggett! Doggett! Doggett!

>_< I saw Angel... saw Wesley... topless -- and cheered, and then realized that he was not only topless but naked on top of somebody... and then they showed who that somebody was... and I screamed in horror. My sister hasn't stop laughing. >_<

I guess with the internet, less people are using the library. When I started working four years ago, someone alwyas had to be at the circulation desk because every twenty minutes or so, a client wanted to check a book out. Now I'm lucky if I get three clients checking a book a day (I work for a government library so a lot of loans are done through interdepartmental mail.) We've been getting just as many requests, but people actually coming down the library has decreased. Not that I'm complaning. I have enough to do with overdues, shelving, weeding, and trying to sort out interlibrary an interdepartmental loans, and it's nice being able to do them uninterrupted.

Especially now when the library wants to move the monographs into the serial sections. I'm like, !!!!, because in order to move the monographs into the serials, I've got to move all the serials to the back and then to the front to make room. It's going to be a) time consuming and b) back-breaking. I don't mind the first, but I do mind the second. I'm lazy, remember? >_< Oh, and people who says being a librarian is a soft job, you try to move 10 pounds folios around and then tell me it's a soft job.

Plus the papercuts! You can't escape them. They look for you, they really do. I remember the first summer I worked here, and I was working at MacDonald's as well. At McD's, you had to wash your hand with an anti-septic before you served costumers. The manager said, "if you have papercuts that you don't know about you, you'll find out when you wash your hand." Well, I knew about all ten papercuts I got and that stupid soap still had to tell me.

Other than papercuts, there isn't much danger in libraries. Except water. Water is a horrible thing. Most books are damaged by water, and the regulations of our building won't let us turn out the sprinkler system. There better no be a fire, because the books are ruin if the system is turned on. No, burning won't harm much. With how packly the books are shelved (We need more shelves!), there's no oxygen to feed the flames. The books are fine in fire. They're going to be slaughtered with the water. We can't even get a dry sprinkler system in the rare book room. I can (grudgingly) accept the reasons for sprinklers amoung the refs and monographs and serials, because there are people there, but the rare book room is locked and only the employees can use it. I don't see why they need to put a wet sprinkler system there. If those books are destroyed, it's going to be hell, if not impossible, to replace them.

Okay, my break is over. I need to get back and get the overdues done. And Alison has Asuka updates! Will check it later at lunch. "Something happens", she says.

Cool ^_^

The Moon Kitty came back, the very next day
The Moon kitty came back, we thought she was a goner
but the Moon kiity came back, she just couldn't stay awaaaay... :D

Don’t you DARE think of pulling a “Hey, I’m back” and then you disappear again for a month *HUGS* I’ve missed you so much! Hey, I thought Quinn was supposed to be a windmaster, not a seal LOL. He’s so adorable!!! Have you seen him yet? I just want to snatch him off the screen, he’s so cute, especially that liddle nose of his. BTW, that H/D fic I owe you is coming along. Expect something wrong in your mailbox this weekend ^_^

So I like not-so-likable people. Other than Scully, Doggett and a few other people who I can’t remember, my list of crushes are characters that not a lot of people like: Ritsuki Akagi, Karen Kasumi, Monica Reyes, Severus Snape, Percy Weasley, Kate Lockley, etc. etc. It’s a rather sad list. Unlikable doesn’t mean the creator is trying to get you to dislike them. Those people are easy to love. Bad guys will always have a harem. No, these folks tend to try too hard to win our affection and it backfires. These people don’t commit the sin of being bad, they commit the sin of being annoying, uneven, boring, and/or useless, and of course, trying too hard to be tough or cool and coming off as pretentious. Karen doesn’t come off so badly, but she does have her flaky moments. Don’t ask me why I like them. I spent four hours composing a reply to yet another (there are many) slams against Reyes. It took four hours because trying to figure out good points that most people would agree with was daunting. It didn’t help that Reyes manages to contradict most of them one time or another. Man, if there is a flake out there that most people find annoying, I'm probably going to fall for her. Unless she's Agent Harrison because even I am not that twisted.

Super soldiers. *Smiles* Super Soldiers. *…smiles* Super soldier *falls back laughing*
So I tried. I can’t say “Super Soldiers” with a straight face. How the people on the X-Files do is beyond me. I say they deserve Emmy just for that. Hey Jenni, if it makes you feel better, I missed the first hour of the season finale. Anyways, it wasn’t all that great. I’ve got better 9th season episode on tape (4-D!!!!) that I could send you if you don’t mind getting them transferred. I had to transfer the tapes Malice sent me (of course those were *more* than worth it), so you’re going to transfer them too. Anyways, from what I heard, the second hour of the finale was better than the first and I wasn’t all that enamoured by the second hour, except for a wicked scene at a desert and the testimonies of my darlings Doggett and Reyes. The rest was an overlong soap opera of ShipperSchmoop, where you couldn’t hear half of what Mulder and Scully were saying to each other because they were too busy sniffling, crying, and mumbling into each other’s hair (so I’ve been told.) Have you been keeping up with season eight?

SPOILERS FOR X-FILES FINALE and X-Files in general Flashbacks. I hate flashbacks. Unless they’re about a scene we’ve never seen before, flashbacks are a waste of time. The testimonies themselves would have been enough.

Actually, ali, when they said they were going to kill Mulder by lethal injection, I burst out laughing. Scully breaking down only made me laugh harder. I'm getting prematurely senile.

check out Reyes’ in the courtroom! Reyes cuts the crap and gets to the point and gives it to you without making it sound like a monologue. Both Reyes and Doggett RAWKED in the desert scene. I love the desert scene. Helicopters are cool! Pulling out guns is cool! Super Soldiers turning into missiles is freaking cool! Blowing up forts is SUPER FREAKING COOL!!! I of course am still dancing from the scene where Doggett pushes Reyes out of the way of missile!SuperSoldier. He wraps his arm around her, shove her to the left, and her head ends up being cradled by that strong shoulder of his. I could almost forgive the script for having Reyes call Doggett “Agent Doggett” for that. Meh! They’re such John and Monica people. They’ve been John&Monica-in’ each other since last season and the last time Reyes says his name it’s Agent Doggett. At least he told *Monica* to run later on.

On a shallow note, Reyes’ hair was atrocious>_< I kept wondering why she couldn’t have her 4-D hair, or the Audrey Pauley one or her John Doe one. But I’ll forgive them because they gave us this picture. Wow, that’s all I’m saying, WOW

Lika frolicked in the snow at Monday, May 20, 2002, 11:52 p.m.

The irony of it cracks me up. I wrote an email to a X-Phile at 8:00 about how excited I was that the season finale was going to be in an hour and it had already started >_< How was I supposed to know that it started at 8 and not 9? I thought the Official Site schedule only applied to the US.

SPOILERS FOR X-FILES SERIES FINALE and possibly ninth season
CSM looks cool with white hair, and I hate the creep. I must have really missed him, because I almost swooned when I saw him. Ew. As for Kersh, I don't like him evil as he was in the trial, but I don't like kissing M&S's butts either (especially since every other stupid character had already done so). I normally love the guy. He makes life miserable for all those on the X-Files without overstepping his boundary. Now he overstep his bounday and then he stop making their lives miserable. Meh.

Kerianne, you should see Bad Blood. As a rule, I despise X-Files lite, but that was too funny. And "Small Potatos" was the only other non-DarinMorgan X Files lite that I loved. The Christmas one you mentioned, I loathed, as well as "Chinga". King totally screwed up Mulder and Scully's character badly. Did love the "Drive" one though. People's heads blow up #^___^#

The first episode I saw was "Red Museum", which caught my attention because they were throwing pig blood on vegetarians -- not because they were vegetarians. I watched the next one and it was the popular "Irresistible", which freaked me out because cutting hair and nails from dead girls is sick. I loved it of course, and fell like a sack of sand for Scully.

Paperclip is the best episode of the series, no doubt. It's the best episode of any TV series. I can't see how you can beat it. It's brilliant, original, tense, with the sharpest dialogue I've ever seen in TV or movies.
Skinner: Scully, put your gun down.
Scully: No way.
Skinner: I said put it down.
Scully: I said *NO!* (I love how she screamed out her "No" ^_^) You're setting me up.
Skinner: I'm trying to help you.
Scully: Then put your gun down and *sit* down.
Skinner: *breathing heavy* Not a chance.

Wow, I loveloveLOVE that scene, amoung many others. The scene where they were at the greenhouse and talking to Viktor Klimper about his war projects was also brilliant done. Scully's line, "History may be the only justice you'll ever know" was succint and *perfect*. Man, I used to be about to recite that episode word by word, chapter by chapter. "This is where you pucker up and kiss my a**." :D Ah, when Skinner had balls.

But the best scene, other than talking to the Well-Manictured Man in the greenhouse was the one in the vaults. Just brilliant. "Lotsa files. Lotsa lotsa files." Scully saw aliens! And Mulder saw the COOLEST spaceship. A freaking mothership coming above the building with lights blinking right over him and it zoomed past him. That ranks up there as one of the best X-Files moments ever. May we have more Motherships... without having to bring back Cassandra Spender >_<

!!!TONIGHT: X-FILES SERIES FINALE!!!!

It looks like it's going to be an anti-shipper's nightmare, but they're back in the desert (Whoo hoo! Anasazi flashback!), and there's going to be tons of guns being pulled out. If a helicopter blows up, I might even forgive them for certain picture that had the anti-shipper in me clawing at my eyes. Strange enough, I'm still an incurable dripper. And watching 4-D only made it worse. 4-D was A-freakin'-mazing. It was better than any of the episode in season 5, 6, and 7. Made me want to kiss the TV screen and the video and the trees outside. Much love goes to a lovely person in the states who sent the tapes to me. I owe you a big one for that.

On other squealage worthy stuff, 22 has without a doubt been my longest birthday LOL. Hugs and kisses and love goes to Ali of the big A variety for stretching it to May XD I love your bunny stickers, darling. THANKYOU!!!

And thus commence some long overdue social blogging.

Alison: If I die of blood loss, it is so your fault! Stop tempting me, you know I'm helpless before you. As for the fandom, I think it's been slow lately because CLAMP has been crawling with their Asuka issues. 16 pages a month is ridiculous. As big a Karen lover as I am, even I can only take so much of the same storyline, the same situation, the same setting, before wishing they'd just off her and get it over with. At the end of the each issue, I sit there going, "oh, things are going to move next time", and they don't. If you're going to kill my baby Karen, just do it. I'll go on crime spree to relieve my feelings, but at least we'll be getting some new stories. To drag out the Karen/Nataku thing out for so long, especially for a serial that comes once a month is really bad judgement. The Sorashi arc was quicker and had more substance :P

Maria: *waves back to her* Yeah, I'm good, what about you? Hope you didn't lose much or anything important on your computer. I haven't heard from you in ages. Still fishing? Give us some dirt :D

Kerianne: Hey, Keri, with you on the straight couple thing. They tend to have more banter and less angst. As for the random thing, as long as the writers make it work, that's all that matters to me. And I like the idea of Sorata/Satuski.

Jeannie: Obi-wan's Head? His head? That sounds so wrong! And yes, people at Silvercity sucked muchly with the Cosplay thing. I found out from a friend who went to the Coliseum that almost everyone dressed up there. One girl even wore the same dress you were wearing. He took pictures so if he has that one, I'll show it to you and we can compare. Definitely Coliseum next time. But your dress was lovely. I showed it to my mom and she thinks you're exceptionally talented. Not to mention real pretty.

Malice: *hands her plush elves* Wow, life has been a ball lately, hasn't it? Freaking stupid tooth and email. Now I feel bad for telling you that getting your wisdom tooth removed is fun. I hope it feels better, but from your description, that was a hell of a tooth. I figured "Attack of the Clowns" was a comment on the movie. I admit, the dialogue was atrocious, but sitting beside the right people makes it really fun. Laughing and grinning with people over lines such as "I am haunted by the kiss we shouldn't have shared" makes for great bonding experience. Such a shame he didn't say his skin hums every time he's near her.

Taryn: Really sorry about your grandmother, even if she had been gone for a while. She sounded like a great person before that. I need to get a hold of Lany and see if I could get Illumnati off her. I heard it was "deligthtfully sick stuff." This is coming from a person who found DeG too icky for her taste, but I'm sure to get a laugh anyways.

Anna: If my memory is correct, I wrote you an email, waited for a reply, and then got swamped with work and haven't heard from you since, but it is entirely possible that your email got lost. And don't worry about your mail. Whenever you're ready:)

Ali: You don't like mummies? I so need to introduce you to Linh LOL. Mummies are cool, in a creepy kind of way. Don't blame you if it's from a childhood experience though. To this day, I cannot listen to the theme song of "Dr. Who". It brings back memories of me running out of the living room and having my family laugh at me. Such a shame, it seems like my kind of show. Connor's like Heero? *cracks up * That should cure my sister from all her Connor slobbering. She hates Heero.

Ammie: WHERE THE BLAZES ARE YOU? I NEED MY MOON KITTEN BACK!

Lika frolicked in the snow at Sunday, May 19, 2002, 05:21 p.m.

Light sticks? Light sticks!? These are the weapons of a noble Jedi, the representation of the Force of the Republic, the ultimate symbol of the skill and determination of all that is good and true, and you call them Light Sticks!!!!??? Yo mama better wash your mouth for that one!

Stupid annoucer aside, Star Wars was a blast! It is so much better than Episode I, as in SO MUCH BETTER. I was humming the theme song into work today, and thought warm thoughts of Yoda last night :D I need a Yoda!Slut button, and a Obi-Wan one, and an Anakin one, oh my, Christiensen did such a good job. I can forgive the Leafs for beating the Senator since he's a fan of them (and hey, when you have Darth Vader on your side, the Sens just didn't have a chance).

Oh, and light sabres, purple light sabres (channeling Lany of course ^_~), and people who actually know how to use their light sabres. That big fight scene, like, FanGirlSqueal!!! It was so awesome!!! Add points that I sitting beside Sue who provokes hilarity and perversity. Well, with lines like "Yes Master. Whatever you say, Master. Coming Master," how is any fangirl suppose to resist that? *ROTL* One of her comments I'll post in couple of weeks because it's too beautiful to miss, but I don't want to spoil anything for anyone yet. Sue, you are a piece of work.

Speaking of piece of work, check out the Senator! She deserved every single compliment she got because that costume was like WOW. Seriously, check it out! The Jedi one is fabs as well, particularly when she's in her roadkill stance ;)

Of course for every good thing, there are some bad: I have to wait three freaking years for the next installment. BAH!!!

Lika frolicked in the snow at Friday, May 17, 2002, 12:40 p.m.

*CRIES* We lost! WE LOST!!!!! Ottawa Senators losts to those stupid Toronto Maple Leafs!!!!! No offense Sarah and Meta (though Linh ain't getting off. You jinxed my Sens, didn't you?) I'm heartbroken!

Or would be had Star Wars not been so cool. That's right, I stayed over at Jeannie's house yesterday, with her BIG screen TV, and free pizza (because we rock that way), and watched four, yes four, episodes of Star Wars. And that movie kicks a mad storm of booty, especially episode 4. Just brilliant. Much thanks to Jeannie *BIGHUG* for organizing it and being a lovely hostess to us all. So yes, I've been devirginalized. I am no longer a Star Wars virgin, but full-blown Star Wars Slut (and may I be Yoda's slut? I never thought a muppet's butt could be so appealing.)

Speaking human-wise, HAN SOLO IS SO THE MAN! Harrison Ford looked fine back then (well, he still looks fine now ;)) and I love Leia. Leia is cool. Leia has a spunk and sass. When she told them to go down the garbage shute, Jeannie whooped, and I ST*F*A. Yup, Hans and Leia forever. They rock my world :D And Linh, there is something about the way they take off their coats that's so inspires drool. I say men should wear skirks always. And life sabres. I want a life sabre of my own. OB1 should have smite that bad child actor with his (Are you an angel? ACK!) And while we're on OB1, He Isn't a Failure! You take that back right now!

I loved the way Hans kept Luke warm, as big as the ick factor was. Lany and I seriously thought of doing that ourselves on the way home, ick factor be darned, but the worms weren't big enough (and what fascinating things worms are!) Lany and I are survivors, heroines, whatever, for getting home in THAT weather. That was an adventure LOL!! I think we're bigger heros than the hobbits in LotR *grin* Much loves goes to Tim Hortons for rejuvenating our frozen limbs and digits. Lany, you are so the coolest of my friends *HUGSHUGSHUGS*

I'm also thuffering from a dold (something I caught over the weekend but wasn't bad until Monday noon), so emails are going to be put on hold. Sorry guys. I'm just really tired. I am feeling really good though, blocked nose, weak body, brother and in-law hating each other, family screaming, Sens losing and all. I had great fun at Jeannie's yesterday, Star Wars ROCKED, and yes, as painful as it was, going home with Lany was fun:), and then I got home. Bah. I was depressed at home, and sick which made it way worse, but for some reason, I feel God's love easier when I'm sick than when I'm well. Of course when I'm well, I'm usually confused or rebellious or agitated with Him, but it was nice to be able to rest and not feel like I was fighting Him.

Oh, and Redwing has two more reviews up, and they're awesome, especially her William one. William couldn't have been an easy episode to do a CRC for, but hers is right on the mark. Absolutely perfect. Redwing, you never fail to amaze me. I'll get my replies to more of her wonderful CRCs later. First, I'm doing that challenge for hers! XD

Don't make me phone you personally. You know I'm capable of it! If I have to send my wishes to you through the phone, I will. But have an awesome birthday, dearest. You know I love you, as in REALLY love you *HugsHugsHugsHugsHugsHugsSMOOCH*

Lika frolicked in the snow at Saturday, May 11, 2002, 12:38 p.m.

"How many tickets do you want?"
"Eight."
"EIGHT!?"
"Eight."
I should have gotten 20, and sold 10 of them for fifty dollars each before opening night, but my debit card could only fit so much >_< But I managed to eight tickets to the Star Wars premiere next week! Me much excited! Never mind I have no idea who Anakin Skywalker is, which according to this gal is a very sad thing indeed (I could have sworn his face was green), but I'm sleeping over her place on Monday and watching all four movies. And then playing Star War trivia or make Star War Sims (Let's get that jacuzzi for Chewbecca and Yoda.) It's going to be awesome!!!

I took the What High School Stereotype are You? quiz from Sarah's journal and got "Goody-Two-Shoe." That is so accurate. I was the Official Goody-Two-Shoe until around university, when school started seriously ticking me off and I decided not to work at it. It hasn't corrupted my mind (ATXC did that), but it certainly brought down my morale. Third year ended on a positive note though, what with Vietnamese food and movies and window-shopping with Lalonde. Lalonde and I really became good friends so I'm looking forward to spending another year with her next year. She totally made my university experience. I should phone her...

Anyways, take the quiz or just read the results, because they're hilarious, especially the ones for the Outsider and the Goth.

Whoo hoo!, love your pics, Kerianne! Though you're right, the freaky one is kind of a freaky. ITA with most of your post. I think the fanficcers who fic about the less popular characters do get slighted, but that's expected. As you said, they're not bitter. They know that by writing Kusanagi, practically no one is going to read it (especially since Sats took off. WHERE ARE YOU!?)

Linh, Sens are SO going to kick the Leaf's butt ^_~ And I hope Finland wins whoever they're playing today. Sorry about losing to Russia (though Lany's probably delighted), but at least Russia is a team worth losing to. I wonder if the Swedes are over their loss to Belarus yet.

Okay, before I forget, as I have been forgetting for months now, CONGRATULATIONS to Malice, for "Marriage of Heaven and Hell" and "Warm Place", to Kerianne for "Everyone loves Raymond" and to Taryn, whose Closer pulled off two really big awards (and let's not forget "When Life and Death Embrace" and "Therapy"). Well done and Congratulations folks! It was all well-deserved, and I mean really well-deserved, especially "A Warm Place."

Oi, it's Leonard Betts? All these years, I thought it was Leonard Bretts O.o Still think Momento Mori was the better episode. Momento Mori made me cry. And TV Guide Canada got out a list that should have every Canadian ashamed to be a Canadian >_< HOLLYWOOD AD!? HOLLYWOOD AD!? My eyes Burns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lika frolicked in the snow at Saturday, May 11, 2002, 11:56 a.m.

My eyes, head, and wrist still hurts when I'm at the computer. I'm working full time at a job that requires me to use the computer. What time I have left over, that slave-driving mother of mine uses it up. I think I covered all the excuses.

So no, I haven't been reading blogs lately, ergo I've missed the whole Kamui is a brat thing. If Kamui is a brat, he's a freakingly hot, screwable, LET-ME-AT-HIM one, so may the brattiness flourish long and hard. Subaru's a brat of another colour. We're talking X Subaru here, not TB one. The TB one is so not a brat, but Mr. Self-Destructive, Anorexic, Suicidal, Chain-Smoking High School Drop-out has a chip on his shoulder I would LOVE to crush with a mallet. Literally. Perhaps that doesn't make him a brat, but it's still makes me want to crush him with a mallet. Or maybe I just want to crush him for the hey of it. I've been gleefully violent lately.

Work for me has always meant two things. No wait, three. Can't forget MONEY. But other than MONEY, it has meant advice columns in newspaper and National Geographics. I miss National Geographics. The pictures are stunning enough, and the subject of discussions, foreign places, nature, really cool animals, are amazing enough but what really makes it rewarding is the incredible writing. These are writers who have thoroughly researched their topic, thought long and hard about what they wanted to say, and then put it on paper in such a way that Milton himself would weep. I always forget I'm in the library when I read them. The landscape suddenly become real, the animals just a few meters from you, the people at your side talking to you, and you actually see the science work. I

Alison, your new layout rocks :D Ah, pretty boys...

Also admire your lovely layout, and REALLY sorry about the hockey game :( Hope it wasn't the last game.

Speaking of hockey, you're cheering for the Leafs!? Sens, girl, SENS! Such a shame they're playing against each other but at least we had two other team in the playoffs. May Montreal beat the daylights out of Carolina.

Saw Buffy and Angel yesterday. Buffy was CRAZY, and not in a necessarily good way. Angel... it was good, but I don't like the direction that they're going in. My sister loved it though. Now she wants to be fourteen so she can date fifteen-year-old boys. And here am I wanting to be forty so I can date Doggett. Go figure.

Oh, and much nice lady sent me an a much nice email on being thankful to God even when things goes REALLY badly. Great timing on her part ^_^

Lika frolicked in the snow at Thursday, May 9, 2002, 08:36 p.m.

The CBS has awesome taste in videos. I saw Wild Search this weekend, which is one of the sweetest action movies I've ever seen. I love Chow-Yun Fat and Cherie Chung as a couple. I love how without kissing or sex, they made me believe them as a couple. They are the cutest characters! I love the chemistry between them. Totally made the movie for me.

I also saw Princess Mononoke over the weekend. Artists from Ferngully take note, this is how you make a environmental movie, with realistic characters where humans are more than just greedy parasites who are too stupid to realize they are destroying the forest. The dub ruined it a little, but it couldn't ruin a story that was that rich and moving. Miyazaki kicks butt.

In case anyone is interested in my personal life, me got a job (Yayness), back the library, where I have sworn my alligence to Queen Elizabeth for the fourth year in a row ^__^ I love being a patriot. And I still love my job. *blows kisses to God for her job* Won't go into my domestic life (bah), but I did meet a really sweet girl on atx who's willing to send me tapes of 4-d, Audrey Pauley, and other Reyes/Doggett goodness! *pounces on said person* Thankyouthankyouthankyou!!

Because Redwing gave me permission to quote her CRC from her lovely site, I'm going to reply to her NIHT Reyes CRC *grin* X-Philes should check out her reviews for the last two seasons. They're hilarious.

+1 point because there was once a time when she used to ask him to shut the door at work. Ooo La La! You wild and crazy girl, you! LOL. I would have given her +10 points for that if it hadn’t been for the next point:
-3 points because the "him" is *Follmer*. Ew, Monica, really. IST*F*AWTP. *Follmer *!!!!!! FOLLMER!!!! I start hissing and sneering the moment he followed her into his office. Like, ew, ew, EW!
He's not only a twit but he's slimy as hell. Slimy, sleazy, greasy, words along that line. He’s Draco Malfoy in twenty years.
He's Tom Colton all over again, EXACTLY! I thought Tom Colton the moment I saw him. He’s so trying to take Reyes away from Doggett the same way Colton wanted Scully away from Mulder, that TWIT.
caring about nothing but climbing that ladder “I hope you land on your ass”. Right up there with “Don’t forget to piss in all the corners”. I love my X Files girls. They know how to tell a guy off.
What could you have possibly seen in this guy, Reyes?!? At least she dropped him. Hey, Redwing, you got the CRC for “Release” coming out soon? Skip William, I want to know what you think of Follmer now.
+4 points for sticking with Doggett such that he was 'not alone'. Noblely fighting the good fight for a just cause, her own career be damned. I particularly liked what you said about her glaring at Skinner :D
-3 points for bursting that lovely bubble I had going there above. Sure, it looked like you were fighting the good fight and looked like you didn't care about your career but under the surface, "if this investigation is canceled, so are The X-Files. This was my dream assignment" You took points off for THAT!? I’d give her +3 points that the X Files is her dreamjob. So she loves working on the X Files. Why does that make her intentions less noble?
+2 points for trying to reach out to Scully during/after the autopsy. Prodding Scully to tell her what had happened and again assuring Scully that she's there if Scully wanted to talk I think was very appropriate. I really do love their scene together. I lovelovelove that garage scene with them in "Improbable". Their expressions on their faces were priceless. I’ve been getting a kick out of Scully hanging out with another female.
+2 points for saying "Who? Where'd who go?" She almost managed to sound innocent, too. Lol ROTFL! She’s a *great* liar. I’m glad we have one agent who can lie well. Scully’s still a lousy liar and I would never trust her to not give away my whereabouts if someone was after me, but I know I can count on my girl Reyes.

Wow, that was longer than I thought. Egads. I'm limiting them to one character a post then. Redwing, you rock! Keep them CRC coming.

I know, Jeannie, Lany told me yesterday, but I gave her the yarn today so expect something really pretty from her soonish. Lany is nothing if talented and thorough.

I can open attachments! Much thanks to Minnie, the oldest (and best along with Lany) of the friends who I still keep in contact with, for showing me the ropes. Minnie, I know this thank-you is belated, but thanks ^_^

Me, while watching X Files last night: Man, does Reyes look good tonight. Love that short sleeved sweater on her, but Annabeth Gish has got to learn how to deliver questions. She does everything else so well, but everytime she asks a question, I cringe, unless it's a sarcastic one. I love her sarcasm "Pillars of the community, does anyone really use that phrase other than mob lawyers?" And they say my girl Reyes never says anything quotable. So that's Doggett's ex-wife, she's pretty and nice and sweet and I like her, and oh my, OH MY, SHE JUST GAVE HER BLESSINGS TO REYES TO GRAB HER EX-HUSBAND!!!! *snickers* Reyes looks fine in red, and look at her stare at Follmer like that. No wonder he's still hung over her. Sorry, Follmer, she belongs to Johnsy and WTF? She knew that about that Follmer and didn't tell anyone? That dingbat! "I'm not defending my actions" At least she said that, that dingbat. (Okay, so I was harsh on her last night, but these are *last night's* thoughts) Hoo boy, Follmer!! Mon, darling, you know I love you and all, but how could you have let that creep touched you?

No, I did not cry over the episode. I thought it was pretty cold yesterday, but I didn't realize how much I was affected until I went to work today and certain phrases like, "He likes little boys" and "I walked on them" and "he road his bike and waved to his mother" keep turning in my head. Heartbreaking, I tell you. Poor Doggett. I don't know how painful it must have been to lose his son like that. The expression on his face when he told Cadet his story, the business-like manner of talking mixed in with the pain his eyes made me upset. Robert Patrick is without a doubt one of the best actors on TV, if not the best actor. That scene breaks my heart.

Sarah, you were SO right about Angel. But the kid is cute, isn't he? My sister and I gasped and squealed when we saw how adorably elf-like he was. Love that hair! Cordy continues to rock my world, and I still think Wesley is the best character in the Buffyverse. SPOILERS Poor guy, I know it was stupid of him not to tell anyone, but hey, that's Wes for you. He's still in love with Fred, isn't he? I miss Fred's inventions btw. She seems to have fallen into the role of Gunn's tag-a-long and DiD. Bring back the monster-killing machines! Oh, those monsters were COOL! Seriously freaking, and they glow in the dark! I love monsters, I love monsters, monsters are way cool things and every show devote twenty minutes to them ENDSPOILERS Great ep! ^_^

Does anyone have a copy of 4-D (XF) that I can "borrow" of them? I'm in the mood for something sappy, drippy, and creepy. And a warning to the folks that aren't X-Philes who read my blog, I'm probably going to rant nuts about the X-Files for another 19 days, when which the series finale finally airs. I started watching the show over seven years ago and was totally insane about it for years afterwards. It's the thing that got me online in the first place and while atx isn't my cup of tea (fun to read though), I had a lovely time at atxc and did meet some wonderful people through the fandom, so I'm getting nostalgic as the end approaches. But if that finale does not have a good amount of Doggett and Reyes, expect dry eyes.

Man, I wonder how I will be when the X mangas end, especially considering how much I love the folks here, and the Sakura Board kept me sane through my university years, plus the tremendous amount of great stuff I got from all over the world *Hugs Everyone* It won't be for years yet, I'm sure, but I definitely plan to stick around for it.

SUNNYBROOKE FARM *grins* Me like this pic a lot ^_^

I don't even want to know how behind I am at social blogging, emailing, ML-ing, and chatting >_< Whatever was left of domestic bliss kind of shattered in the last few weeks, so I've been reading my Bible a lot and praying and getting all religious, and it's been working (because God rocks in that way), and it's been frustrating as well (because I don't rock in that way.) I'm working at it.

Yes, exams are over. OVER. So Lalande and I celebrated it by going to a Vietnamese restaurant (I am so taking you and you there one day) and then goofing around in Tiggy Winkles. They have Michaelangelo's "David" cut-out dolls where you can dress him up as a tourist. There's just something wrong about that =D And then we saw Murder by Number, which had two of the coolest killer I've seen in a while. Normally I hate bored rich kids who have nothing better to do with their time than ruin people's lives, but these boys actually had personality and flaws and character. The movie would have been really good had they not smack Sandra Bullock's characters' weepy past in there. Victims makes lousy ligitators.

Darlingest, thank you for the lovely Asuka updates ^_^ My comments on the latest can be found here. Alison, we ingrates owe you a big one for the scans and the translation *Hugs*

*blinks* Man, I am so not looking at you guys blogs when I'm in an insomniac mood again. I kept thinking I was in Linh's blog XD The inverse layout is cool though. Jeannie, the 13th sounds fine and if you need any help with the dress, I can't sew but I know someone who does ^^

Hey, I LOVE THAT STORY! You knew I would, didn't you? ^_~ Seishirou with a blonde wig and sunglasses, Subaru and pineapples and in Argentina, and the ending had me OTFF! If Subaru really was played by Tony Leung, I'd go insane. Talk about drool and fawning, Tony is so MY guy. Leslie is awesome too of course. That voice of his is to die for. Mmm... I need to watch Phamton Lover again.

Ai, another hardware crash. Maria, hope it gets fixed soon and we see you again ASAP!

TACKLE&SHOVEoVER&GLOMP* Back at you, my Ultimate of Babes, my Lifeforce, my SO *^__^* You have a most faultless taste when it comes to girls. I know I owe you a bunch of replies but as I am short of time, I will answer your question on what is a noromo and a dripper:
A Noromo is someone who doesn't want Mulder and Scully to get together. Me in a most cranky mood ^^ A shipper is someone who wants M&S 2gether 4R. A dripper is someone who wants Doggett/Reyes to have a relationship that ultimately ends up in the bedroom. In other words, the girl who once rolled her eyes at M&S holding hands and making kissy faces is now going bonkers because Doggett was playing with Reyes' hair in last night's episode. What you say always gets back at you one way or another lol.

To clarify, Monica Reyes is the character and Annabeth Gish is the actress, but either way she gots one of the nicest smiles I've ever seen on a lady :) And here's some pics from an awesome site called Roadrunners:
her apartment - I swear, the place is a palace
With Doggett -- I think she looks like Holly from "Pusher" in the first one
Blurry - but a pretty one of her nonetheless
Almost Professional ;D - considering her motto seems to be "Dress-down Friday everyday"
Yeah, I'd rather go with Reyes than that Scary Agent Harrison ;P
With Scully - Check out the height difference lol
With Scully again - I love this picture. They both look good
She is so flirting with Doggett - *GRIN* particularly like the last two. They both look good, and are so meant to be. AUGH! Stop the drippiness!
Pretty pretty PRETTY - especially that last one :D
And of course,
That gorgeous smile ^^
