Me, reading a fic I wrote years ago: "Wow, I can't believe how amazing this line is. Wow, I can't believe how brilliant that paragraph is. Wow, I can't believe how much the drama sucks." How a shrill, ridiculous story with mood-swinging, cardboard characters, and the most idiotic melodrama (this was before the days I learned to trim down emotions)could be penned so wonderfully is beyond me. Or how such amazing use of words, impeccable pacing and timing of paragraphs and sentences, and full-of-personality narration could produce such pretentious crap. Talk about a dictomy of good and evil in one bag.
It gave me an idea for a really bad X fic. Promised Day come, everyone dead except your favorite couple, which would be K and S in my case, and they are running out of food. So K (or S), when S(or K) is asleep, kills him/herself so the other can eat the body. So as sleeping person wakes up, the I-want-to-be-buried-in-your-stomach person cuts him/herself. Insert usual shock, "Why why WHY" "Eat me, I will be with you forever" dialogue, and a final kiss (or sex if you really want it to be really bad) and there we a rivals for
Evil Dead 2 in bad art. I saw ED2 yesterday with a friend, while eating so much chip and dip that will take six years of exercising to work it off, and we HOWLED. It was so bad, it was hilarious.
Now I'm going to watch Phantom Lover to feel clean again.
Belated social stuff. Sorry for taking so long, folks.
Alison: How's your throat, darling? Do you have to have your tonsils removed? Here's hoping the pain is so gone *hugs* And btw, I finally found a good retort for your eye obsession: Are you keeping the eye safe for Seishirou's return?
Jeannie: You're Irish? Happy Belated St. Patrick's Day to you either way, dear ^_^
Audrey, you're smarter than I'll ever be. I'm sure your experience in college would be better for it. I really admire you for it.
Ammie: YOU PINK-LOVING-INFIDEL! Purple is the color of royalty. Pink is for sissies! And Bigwig could slay that Mr. Peroxide Boy with a glare, with all this WIMPY little *breeze* power. P-shaw. I knew he wasn't a real blond, that poser XD
(To all pink-and-Daisuke lovers out there, no offence meant to you. Just to that lame infidel Ammie*GlompsHer*)
*LOL* Darling, I loveloveLOVE the Hinoto wedding, even if I never forgive you for
going through it with it when I wasn't there (you so knew I would haven't had let it
happened if I were.) And CONGRATULATIONS on the new expansion of wack. I hope he's
half as cute as you were as a baby and are as an adult ^_^ That would be pretty hard cuteness to beat.

I have the Phantom Lover movie trailer on tape now, but I downloaded online and I’ve been listening/watching it as I typed this entry. Lany, I’m going to make you watch it, Finnish subtitles and all. It's just... wow. You have to hear the music and see the setting and clothes. I don’t care how foolish I look, I’m getting a cloak-and-cape of my own. I watched the movie once with my mother to get translations and right after, I watched it by myself, and one more time after that. I’m going to get tired of it. It’s been so long since I’ve been that moved by a romance. Thank-you so much for it, Malice *GLOMP* I love the Finnish commercials btw, and wish I knew what they were talking about before the movie started. I think they said “midnight.” And Leslie Cheung looks sexy even in his phantom stage ^^
Chunking Express is next, as soon as my mom can find time to translate it for me. That’s the one I’m really looking forward to. I’m returning your tapes tomorrow. Sorry for keeping them for so long, but I really appreciate you for sending them over *hugs again* And does that dream mean I can expect chapter three soon?
Maria, I never said such claims were said they were hyprocritical, just pointless. As for Kusanagi, my second fave in the series, he's the only character in X with a shred of common sense, a sorely underrated virtue in my books ^_^
Satsuki-chan! You're back! And you'll probably disappear for a month after this, but good to see you again *hugs* And that's a lovely layout.

There are girls who say they will never have children, and then there are sexual active girls saying they will never have kids, and a year later they're mothers. I've come up to this conclusion that unless you had a hystorectomy, or you're a lesbian, or you're a practising abstinence for the rest of your life, it's pointless to say you will never have children.
I went out with Lany tonight for the first time since Christmas and had what I consider great fun. We even saw Jeannie. Good to know it wasn't your teacher that made you watch Battle Royale ^^ Lany, if you need the movie, I do have it. The girl who played Chigusa would make a perfect Arashi.
Anna, I don't know which addy I answered. I just hit reply. Now I'm worried Alison didn't get her email. Try sending me another one. I miss you!
Why do people rec bad fics? They have different taste. There are some highly-regarded fics that I think are shit. It's convenient to blame it on my bad taste, but my points for disliking them are good ones. I can however understand why people think they're everything and a bag of chip. I think Moon Warriors is a masterpiece (and trust me, it so isn't.)
I believe everyone should write once for the pure joy of losing yourself in your work. Screw quality for the moment, just get caught up with characters you love and throw yourself into the plot and world you created for hours and drink what Montgomery calls the wine of immortality that comes with creation. What you wrote will more likely than not suck but at least you had those hours of pure adrenaline and inspiration, and sometimes, that exhilaration is more important than the outcome of the story.
Which reminds me, I lost the disk that had chapter two of Marital Bliss >_<

ACK! Ammie! You already threw down the best argument before the To Yardwork or Not to Yardwork question began!! There's no way I could beat this: W.I.N.D.Y.: Worker Intended for Nocturnal Destruction and Yardwork ROTFLMAO! So I got beaten by an acronym XD Do you still want to hear my Top Ten Five list? Ten was too hard, but the five I got are very good.
Maria, it's so cool they found her. The article written underneath was very well written. I love National Geographics for its prose as well as its pictures. Their article on Cheetah is still one of my favorite pieces of literature.
Onee-samaaaaa, did you get my emails? I haven't heard from you for a while, until I got the pictures (and aren't you ever cute!) and I sent a reply and I still haven't heard from you.
Ammie, just thought you'd be interesting in knowing that Linh pronounces your name with a French accent *grin*

A year ago, Maggie of the MB-fame sent me an email with an attachment. Now, as my dearest friend Minnie will atest, I can't open attachments. Poor Minnie had to send her essays to me through email because I couldn't figure out attachments. Ergo, the attachment Maggie sent me took weeks to open. I tried various computers and numerous logins. Finally fed up, I got Young Mikey Boy to open it for me. He did in three seconds what I couldn't do in three weeks and actually opened the attachment.
The point of the story is this: I finished my webpage assignment for Computers 101.
That's right, Miss Leeka made a webpage. It's UGLY, but it's a webpage and it does run.
I was so proud of my achievements that I told Maggie about it. Maggie's response was the
following: "If my brain and memory are still working, you are the one who cant open an
attachment! So that must be an awful lot of work for you to build a website.
Big progress. I am sooooooooooo proud of you. ^^"
Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh.
Girl, you are kick ass. Jessica Rabbit rocks. I saw the last half of
Who Framed Roger Rabbit a couple of months ago and I fell in love with Jessica Rabbit. I love everything about her, her voice, her fashion, her curves, her gestures, her red hair. Her comment about making Roger a carrot cake was adorable. Now I'm in the mood for c-cake. I think I'll buy one for dinner.
You can't be serious about skipping jenni's and the redbull snowboarding tournament.
Screw the banners, they can wait. You're not in charge of thing, and if the lightning hit your modem, lightning hit your modem. You've done tons for the competition already, and nobody should accuse you of having a rotten attitude.
This is cute, just to let you know.
Wheeeeeee! I LOVE THE PHONE CARDS! ^_^ So when's the next update of CoF, Alison-love?
My Lovely Cyberbabe Nun, I will make a cyberbabe Nun out of you if it's the last thing I do.
I promise the threat, "Get thee to a nunnery" will be a pleasant one though XD.
Ooh! And I like IluvPrincessHinoto vs DieEvilGimpy! I'll be DieEvilGimpy of course ^_^
Or DieYardWork. Can you tell gardening season is coming up soon? My mom will force me
plant flowers for hours at a time once the snow is gone *cries* Me doing manual, back
breaking labour out where the sun shines. I told you Hinoto was evil!
And you have a worshipHinoto site on your blog, you degenerate person you! This is
getting out of hand. I don't know what's worse, your fetish for Gimpy or Alison's fetish
for that darn eye.
And what's what about beautiful skin colour? *blinks*
We have a partition coefficient of 1.40x10 to the -2 for iodine in dicholormethane over
iodine in water, so when we find percent transmittance in the organic layer for iodine. Whatever you say, ali XD Yes, does-hand-through-the-chest-equal-love is an important question to ask a possible roommie *lol* You're a trip!
Ali, cute layout! I like the blue ^_^
Jeannie darling, I have discovered the Importance of being Ernest ^^ And because of that,
I have been typing this blog with an English accent *grin*
Sue? As in twincest Sue? Harry/Draco-extraordinare Sue? Sex-with-Sue Sue? Oi, lucky wife if it is that Sue!

Mommy, I want to marry a carpenter. Named Ty. Who works on Trading Spaces. There's just something sexy about carpentry. I think it's the "hands-on" aspect of it, and when the hands are as strong, beautiful, skilled as Ty ^^ I haven't even gotten to his boyish agility as he climbs trees.
Alison, I read The Torch and I can say officially there's no need for me to write A/K fics. There's no way I can beat that ^_^ That was just... damn, you're good. Congrats on passing the exam and LEAVE THE EYEBALL ALONE!
Three page essays are even more potent than top 10 lists! This means I better make it a good top 10 list. You know Hinoto is hiding tentacles under that dress of hers. Have you ever seen her legs? >_< What a horrible question! One combination I don't want to see again is Hinoto and legs.
*lol* So you caught my little love for guys with girlish names. I like Ashley, Beverly, Hilary and Lindsey as guy's name, which they all originally were. Wait until you see Lindsey on Angel. He's a cutie! As for Shirley, the really strange thing is Shirley is the most masculine of his brothers, named James and Walter. Why I like him so much: there's nothing girlish about him. I'm so glad your new roomie likes Keiichi. She's cool already *lol* So is she proWindyGimpy or against it? Here's my suggestion for the names: YardWork vs. NotYardWork ^^ Okay, that's dumb too, but not as dumb as noromos. Heh heh, I was a confirmed noromos with some shipper tendencies, but I had some shipper friends who kept sending me cute pictures of them. They drove me nuts!!
I prefer Christopher Chant as Chrestomanci too. How did that awkward boy end up being the impressive Chrestomanci? DWJ is awesome, and much thanks to Sarah for all the webpages on Norse mythology.
Hey Sarah, last Buffy episode had me wanting to smack her. Am I being too harsh?
My belated sympathies on your modem problems, though I have to be honest and say that it getting hit by lightning is hilarious. Our tree got hit by lightning last year and scared the living-you-know-what out of us. That was the loudest noise I ever heard. As a result, our TV and phone got toasted. I, of course, found that hysterically funny and phoned people I know to let them know about it. Once I got the phone back of course. "Classmates, meet gay boys" sounds like a great idea for a project btw.
Belated sympathies also goes to Metamia for your layout. I'm glad you got it back though, and it looks great! ^_^
MARIA!! *Glomps* It's good to have you back! I'm glad you're feeling better. You've read the Anne books? That is so cool! I just love them. I took the Montgomery rant below to use later. I wasn't a fan of Nancy Drew, but if Trixie Belden is "dated", that's a plus in her favor.
Man, where do I start with YOU! Serious thing first: That majorly sucks about the trip. Can't the students get together and pay for the bus? Geh. I hope you get a chance for another trip soon because you deserve one. Go to New York City and raid the Kinokuniya there (Alison, sorry for misspellings!)
Secondly: Mourning? Mourning!? I'm freaking out here! When I first read your blog a week ago, I was like, "avoid it. You lose it you do." Which wasn't hard as I had that assignment to do, but I got around to reading it because curiosity killed the cat, and boy, did curiosity EVER kill the cat! There goes my hope that they will survive the series (yeah, yeah, laugh). At least I was only watching screencaps, because I don't know what watching the actual anime would do to me. We'll comfort each other regarding the manga, right? And squeals in happiness at necessary spots ^_^
On the bright side, this does look like he's asking him out!!! LOL! Ni-chan's gay all right. Thanks for the other pictures, especially
these ones*hugs*
Jeannie, are you working this Friday? I'm planning on buying Superman vs. Dracula then (Where do we go from here indeed), and bring Lany with me to discuss costumes with you. Lany is also going to Bank Street with me to rent a VCR to watch Leslie Cheung this weekend. Right, Lany? Right!:)
One more thing, Lany, since you like NIN, check out Taryn's Systemic Decline. There's a bunch of really good songs there, my favorite being "Lauren caught my eye." I've been playing that while writing this blog, really.

I've gone a whole month without archiving my entries. I don't think I ever held out for that long before ^_^ Ergo, I am trimming entries to see if I could reach two months before archiving.
I want to let a certain somebody know that the mittens fits, they're GORGEOUS, my mother thinks you're awfully talented (so do I) and I wore them to school today, revelling in the fact that I don't have cold fingers for a change :D THANK-YOU!

SHRIEK. I miss Hong Kong movies, boy do I EVER miss Hong Kong movies. As soon as I rent a good clean VCR (because mine are so old and frayed I don't want to risk damaging the tapes), I'm going to enjoy a little Leslie Cheung. Thank-you so much! *hugs* By all means, upload some Finnish music. I want to hear how the language sounds like. If it's half as cool as German, I'm game.
I owe people email, especially Ammie because I haven't truly expressed how much I dig that Valentine of hers. If I didn't have nieces and a Mumsy with a weak heart, it would be a mural taking over one wall of my room. Maybe I could get it painted on one side of the Senior's Residence :D
A little look at my online life during my X Files craze: alt.tv.x-files. The biggest mudhole in the world, where people will spoil you in the subject heading with phrases such as "MULDER HAS LEPROSY! SPOILERS!" and where when I put in spoiler space in my post, I got flamed for making people wait for the posts because the spaces took too long to upload. And when I took out the spoiler space, I got flamed for not putting them in and potentially spoiling people. And then there was the shipper/noromo flame wars. You think the S/S vs. S/K one is bad? We had shippers wishing noromos to be raped by aliens and norormos calling shippers ignorant bitches and when things were really heated, shippers would attack shippers and noromos noromos for being not shipper or noromos enough. BTW, if anyone doesn't know, noromos are people who don't want Mulder and Scully to get together. It's a totally ridiculous name, but the other names mentioned was fucknots and that wouldn't have done.
Compared to alt.tv.x-files, the CLAMP community is a fuzzy warm haven full of funny, sweet, reasonable people. Okay, we have some people I can't stand, but after X-Files, you guys all rock and I Love You All *groupsmush*
(To be fair, alt.tv.x-files.creative was an awesome group of people. They hardly posted in alt.tv.x-files because the people there were so screwed up, but the fanfickers were great folks.)
Quick dumb Asuka comment: I'm betting my tuition Fuuma's going to drop in to fight with Karen and he's going to pull that "I look like your love" thing that he did with Subaru, Nataku and Yuzuriha, so he's going to look like Seiichirou to screw up Karen's wit. Which would be fun, but you'd know what would be more fun?
Seiichirou: *gasp* Impossible! Fuuma looks like -- KAREN-SAN!
If CLAMP does it in lingerie and mascara, I'll worship them forever :D
To finish this long spiel of incoherency, a dream I had a week ago. BTW, I don't know what a G-string looks like. I'm just hoping they cover up all appropriate areas.

Valentine doesn't depress me because I have no lovah. It depressed me this year because a whole bunch of bad news came around that time. People seem to be getting heart attacks, cancer, laid off their jobs, failing school, and just all around discouraged. Anyways, my brother got laid off again today. Saving grace are my nieces, who make even the more dreadful day bright. They made Valentine and Christmas fun, and I'm looking forward to what they do with Easter. I'm dressing up as the Easter Bunny for them of course ^^ Kids are awesome.
Maria, I want to thank you for half of an hour of complete bliss this morning. I screamed every ten seconds in Xtv1. I love the anime, I love the anime. Sorry about your grandfather, and everything else, and yeah, I've been praying for you *hugs*
Wow, Malice, what's up? You're mad enough to bite clean thorugh metal according to your blog. As for the job search thing, I'm pissing people off because I say having lots of children means less jobs for other people. Anyways, callous comment aside, I hope you find a good job anyways.
Lika frolicked in the snow at Tuesday, March 5, 2002, 12:13 p.m.
Ali, I like exams. It's essays and assignment I hate, because exams only require a day or two of studying to ace, and essays require whole freaking weeks to get a barely-passing-mark.
Saw this report on innocent people who confess to crime during police interrogations. People think innocent people never would confess to something they didn't do, but trust me, as someone who HATES being interrogated, I'll confess within fifteen mintes. Plus it's really easy to twist my mind and make me feel guilty and believe that I did do something wrong. Damn, I feel responsible for a relationship gone rotten just because I decided to be friends with one of the people. So yes, put me in a police room and have the police lie (they're allowed to lie and twist information), scream at me, tell me I'm responsible and dammit, I'll believe I'm responsible. And that's if I have the gumption to not confess within five minutes just to avoid an all nighter of questions. Point being, human beings are stupid and sucky creatures who are capable of confessing to things they didn't do. We suck, what I can say? And many cases so do the interrogators who badger an 13-year-old without his lawyer present, who was so obviously not guilty. (Plus come on, the police dogs and all evidence points to a known pedophile in the region who's still free to terrorize children.) Tell that to the family who believes confessions are the be-all and end-all of evidence, even if the confession completely contradicts all other evidence. I know you lost a child and you want justice for it, but sending an innocent person to jail is so not justice for your child.
Hey, Kim, sorry about your mom not going to Shoujocon and everything. She sounded really awesome in your blog. Hell, you were even willing to contest my comment that my Mumsy was the best, so she must have been cool. She brought up you, after all. As for the house, you know, I thought Buffy was a fool for not selling her house after her mother died, but now I understand why. Keep fighting for yours.
Ammie, you're leaving your cats!? XD Yeah, I was kicking and screaming when I left my room. I told myself I'll never ever get used to my new room but darn, I did. I hope the move goes well, with little accidents, missing objects, broken china, and lots of discoveries of cool things you thought were lost. That's always my favorite part of moving. I found my sparkle-winged My Little Pony doll that was missing for years that way :D And I did not have to know there was a Daisuke/Hinoto LEMON out there. I didn't! >_< But you know what's worse than Hinoto/Daisuke? Karen/Nataku *smacks self* You are not getting into it, you are not getting into it! Kerianne! Help! And thanks for those gorgeous scans earlier, Keri. Much appreciated ^_^
And Sophie may buy the whipped cream, but I'm going to apply it ;)
Alison! My sweet, darling Alison. My lovely and talented Alison. My Alison of Alisons. My patient, forgiving Alison. I love your latest fic, especially Kamui, I really do love it. And I'll get the beta-reading back to you sometime before the end of the year. Again, may I say, you sweet, darling, lovely, and patient, forgiving Alison. (BTW, you've been to the Rockie Mountains? You were in Canada and I wasn't there to see you!? The wrongness of it kills me, and must be recified.)
Oh, I saw a Euro-dollar today!!! I consider that the highlight of my week ^_^

I'll let these two tell you how I feel right now :D With a referee who wasn't a dog! (though we still kicked. St. Pierre is an awesome goalie, up there with Richter who was amazing and Mezin). And yes, I know I need to fix and change bloglinks. Will get to it when Meta-chan has time. In the meantime, here's some bad LotR jokes to entertain you.

No, I did not go to see Charles de Lint yesterday as the female hockey game for gold between US and Canada was on. Damn the person who decided to put that on a Thursday night, though it is plausible that de Lint himself was watching it. Jeannie, I hope it wasn't the last fifteen minutes of the game that you made your brother miss. Tis mean, but well deserved.
Alison, here's curling, the sport that uses a broom! It's such an exciting sport, lots of drama and tension. I bite nails watching it. And btw, Singapore and Canada postal service hates each other. The packages that I send you are either destroyed, delayed, or sent back >_< Hope you don't mind if your bookmark is a tad on the late side.
To the whipped creamed one, the vampire story was one of my favorite, Anne Rice done without Anne Rice hokiness. Wait until you get to My Life as a Bird :D And I need to scribble a response to the delightful purple square thing *HUGS*
Checked my archives and I forgot to mentioned this: Calender page for February is really good and much better than January. I like!
Lika frolicked in the snow at Friday, February 22, 2002, 11:06 a.m.
I am consoled. I was a weeping mess yesterday after Canada lost the semi-final game in curling. The pain, the heartbreak! Even my father cried. At least they won the bronze today. It's not gold, but it's better than no medal at all, and they played an excellent game that they should be proud of.
Curling is an awesome sport. It's the closest sport to McGonagall's Human Chessboard that you can get, something that requires strategy, wit, and team work. It's an extremely dramatic sport, where the last stone could be difference between a win and a lose, where watching the stones move and hit each stones can excite and drain you as you watch the outcome unfold.
Also, Kelley Law is a one hot babe ^_^
Lany, if you're still reading this, some Russian fanart for you, thanks to Kim-girl. Some of them remind me of you, especially this one. And Kim, I hope your mother is doing better.
I need to run and finish more essays soon. Ugh, horrible essays. I'm going to go parttime student next year, some school, more work, Yay Money! It means I'll graduate a year later, but as long as I keep my sanity, that's all that matters. I can't do three essays anymore. Plus, hey, money. Need to pay back parents, buy food, and well, live. So money is good. Very good. Just watch greed knock sloth off as my greatest of the seven sins.
Before I run off and desecrate Dickens, I would like to thank Ammie for making me incoherent for fifteen minutes this morning. THAT is what I call a Valentine card!!! You're getting whipped creamed for that one, dear ;)

CRASH! SMASH! TOPPLES THINGS OVER! Ammie-love, mind if I make you insanely jealous this Thursday night?^^
My arm, back, shoulder, and neck ACHE. I went bowling yesterday after a meal with my high school buds who I haven't seen in months and life is good :D But man, those balls are HEAVY. You can kill someone with them!
You know what makes Valentine's Day really fun? Kids. I would say I had more fun than my nieces helping them with their cards-exchange, but you should have seen their faces glowing when they showed me the cards they got from their classmate. Children are awesome. They bring a little spring into the house when they're there.

T'is indeed Valentine season as folks I've talked to so far, on and offline are either irritated, grumpy, depressed, or sad. There's been some bad news in RL, and outside that, people are just unhappy. Seems rampant around this time of year *hugs everyone* Let's hope it passes soon.
Metamia: Darling, I hope you're doing all right. I'll try to phone you this week. I'm worried about you. To have all that happening to you and being sick on top of it sounds horrible. *hugs* Hang in there, okay?
Maria: I'm sorry about your grandfather and Aunt Lizzie *HugsTight* Take care, okay, dear?
Kim: You are an incredibly well-spoken person. Those were very well written blog entries. And I ADORE your new layout!
Pope Shell: *laughs her head off* That was beautiful.
Kris: Kerianne (Who Rocks Big Time) didn't say she got sick of hearing the same cliche everyday. She said it's stupid that people think they have property rights over their own phrases and I agree with her. Phrases are stupid things to be possessive about. Same goes for ideas and titles.
Alison: I agree with you on this point: There are people who are so ready to hit the roof when someone "steals" their web layouts, and yet claim to have no ethical problems with robbing the livelihood of artistes and writers. Congrats on writing a well-written post, even if I didn't agree with all of it. We disagree on pretty much everything except S/K (and even there we disagree on who's the seme) and I still want to marry you. Mainly because you're articulate, direct, and just all-around cool.
So Happy Chinese New Year to you, Linh, Metamia, Ali, Azure, and anyone I may have missed who celebrates it.

Squeals! The mascot for this year's winterlude is the Ice Hog's family. They're in the first picture. Aren't they cute? My nieces and I are going to Winterlude either today or tomorrow so I'm looking forward to running them hogs around the canal and Crystal Gardens. "Come back here! We're not done squeezing you until your head pops off!" I love cute `n' Cuddly things. The whole world should be made of cute `n' Cuddly things so I can chase them around the city and squeeze them until they turn inside-out and heads start coming off *squeals* I LOVE CUTE THINGS! I WISH I COULD SQUEEZE ALL CUTE THINGS UNTIL THERE'S NO MORE HEADS LEFT!
I'm so looking forward to going to Crystal Garden and the canal. Thank God the temperature dropped. I will consume Beavertail and hot chocolate and admire the spectacular ice sculptures that Ottawa is so famous for. Isn't the name "Ottawa" beautiful? I'm so love with the name of Canadian cities and provinces. I love Ottawa. Had to suffer some bruising egos due to Asians complaining about the city sucking and I will smack the next one who does, but oh, how I love this city. This is for me what P.E.I must have been for Montgomery, though she did write about Ontario and Saskatchewan (love that name!) Few people realise how versatile she really is.
Satsuki-chan: It's not that blame Dumbledore, but while reading the fourth book, I kept thinking that he should have suspected something and knowing that You-Know-Who was rising, should have said "no" to the Cup game and/or no to Potter being in it. I can see why he didn't, of course, and don't blame him at all, but I guess not being his biggest fan (he's one of my least favorite characters), it's easy to pick on him.
Ammie: I don't where to begin screaming with you XD! Anyways: YOU WANT TO MARRY GIMPY? ARE YOU MAD? YOU LOVE KATE LOCKLEY! I WANT TO HAVE YOUR CHILDREN!!! *HUGS* I'm a complete Lockley whore. She was my favorite character after Cordy, and when Cordy lost the bitchiness I heart so much, she became my favorite. Cordelia, my dear, I love your toughness and how you matured into a smart, caring person, but please, bring back that lovely biting tongue of yours and for the Love of God, DON'T go all Saint on me. I loved her in Disharmony though. Her and the crossbow! Whoo hoo! Talk about visions. I'm so glad you got Angel there. The first season is the best, and once you get over Doyle, the show gets better. I cried bitter tears, but Wesley is much better in my opinion. I hated him when he first showed up, but he grew on me in a way I never expected. May I also add that Alexei Denisof is without a doubt one of the best actors on TV? He does wonders with Wesley's character and one of the reason why Wesley is my favorite male-character in the Buffyverse. And Kate is wow, Kate. Went made over her when she made her self-fagellating-hypocrite-slut line and got better from there. Until the finale, damn Greenwalt. But watch for Sonmanbulist. It's my favorite Angel episode and Kate rawked there! "Want to quiz me? I'm full of fun facts."
Don't worry, my chocolate-mousse-pudding. I won't let those nasty men-in-white take you away, no matter how UTTERLY misguided you are. Gimpy, ye Lords, hey, Ammie, does that mean you're willing to have a threesome of the Gimpy/You/Daisuke variety? *gets mental image* AUGH! YOU'VE BROKEN ME! YOU'VE BROKEN ME COMPLETELY!
And what's thing about you, Satsuki-chan, and chocolate cream?
ali: Go tell them girl. Curves win in the dancing game ^_^

Sarah, what's your thoughts on the latest Angel development? I haven't been this in love with the show since "Blind Date." As for Buffy, what, is Joss trying to make his viewers feel violated? Talk about emotional pornography.

Before I forget, HAPPY SIXTEENTH BIRTHDAY HOKUTO-CHAN! May it be a good one ^_^
Things I learn from The Changeover: Never put your hand out for ANYTHING.
Things I learn from Sex and the City: Always have an extra tampon on you. It may be just the thing to get you into New York's classiest eateries.
Things I learn from University: There are fewer things in this world more evil than "My Heart will go on and on" sung in Cantonese and one of those things are vending machines
Maria, Bob may have been poor, but he seems like a real sweetie :) So are you! Ugh, prescription medicine. One of these days I'll finish a bottle of antibiotic. Good luck with yours and I hope you feel better soon!
You can get a detention for skipping study hall? Like people actually do stuff during study hall. Whatever, one thing I don't miss from high school is teachers going berserk if you're late or if you skip class. University is beautiful that you can skip classes in row and no one will notice :D So you have that to look forward to, Kerianne.
Ali: I love your pandas! My friend was talking with me and she says she hates it when people ask if she speaks English. "What do they think I'm stupid or something!?" I told her I hate it when people ask me if I can speak Chinese because they will think so when I say no. At least I can sing "It's a Small World After All" in both Cantonese and Mandarin. Should phone Alison and let her hear it in Cantonese ^^ Anyways, I think it's beyond cool you can speak and *read* Chinese. You must be real smart.
Ammie, I positively scandalised that you won't draw Keiichi nude! You can't mean that! XD Anyways, I'm reading Lives of Christopher Chant (Magicians of Caprona was cool for Bevenuto, but mostly, I couldn't get into it) and so far, I'm loving it. And I feel suddenly very smart or something because I only have one life and I haven't lost that^^ As for your school not letting you make mistake, school puts too much emphasis on doing well, though I don't mind. It is its job to make me sufficiently responsible for life. But it's when parents have kids with high expectations and then become disillusioned when their kids don't reach it (btw, my parents are wonderful, they don't care if I make a lot of money, just as long as I don't 1. don't end up with diabetes 2. get pregnant outside of wedlock and 3. don't die before I pay them back all the money I owe them *beams*) or when people go around disvaluing what someone has to say because that person has flaws, well, it would be a pretty boring world if everyone did well. And a very cold one. Your recantation on Hinoto is adorable!! But don't go evil on us yet, Ammie-dearest. Keiichi is still very much alive, breathing and kicking. However, if he dies, I give you my blessing to outdo GIMPY in ceremonial and not-so-ceremonial bloodletting ^_^

Now that I finally managed to open Jeannie's blog ^^ By Arts, I mean Geography, English, Linguistic, and all those programs that when your Asian relatives (if you have any) hear you are enrolled in them, ask why in hell aren't you in something that will bring you money? As I break stereotypes by not making a head or a tail out of math and science, my choices are limited to Arts. Which is fine. I enjoy Arts. I love my African Studies and Chaucer class. The whine was brought on by hunger really. Sometimes you just have to let it out and By George, that was carthartic. Speaking of which, the vending eat my dollar again yesterday. Curses! ^^ But seriously, there are jobs for Arts students out there, and with the way Nortel and other computer companies are laying off workers, I'm glad I'm not in engineer or computer science. The competition is hell, the market isn't as large as it once was, and job security is a gamble. I may not make as much, but at least you don't hear of people laying off librarians and teachers.
And Kaoru is the one who write half the songs for the Almighty Dir en Grey (oh the delight of spelling grey grey and not the ugly gray with an A!) Awesome band. He's supposedly the goth member of the band, serious and pensive, and strikes me as quite sane. But that could be because Kyo strikes me as a lunatic. Well, on stage. He seems down-to-earth in interviews. Heh, Lany showed me an interview with I think it was Kyo and Toshiya and they were dressed up in their funky clothes and wild hair and looked insanely different beside the interviewers who wore suits. The contrast made me laugh.
About the Harry Potter 4, SPOILERS! I was seriously pissed off with Dumbledore. What was up with cancelling the Quidditch game and putting that stupid cup game instead? Cedrick would be all right and Harry wouldn't have been such grave danger. I thought Dumbledore would have known there was something fishy going on with the game when Harry's name was called when Hogworts already had a participant. If he didn't, he's not a great wizard as people make him seem. If it did -- Oh, if he did! Snape better be all right or I'm coming at Dumbledore with a towel and bottle of perfume. And there will be much joyous screaming.
Something on Leslie Cheung: His Days of Being Wild perpetual pout was splendid – though not as intriguing as his boxer short dance in front of the mirror Hey, Malice, I believe this is a Wong Kar Wai you have to see! Leslie is a trip. :D Who else would have a concert tour in which he dressed in various womanly outfits and sang “I am What I am?”. *laughs* He's definitely a trip. People -- including grandmothers along with their teenage and preteen grandchildren -- just love Leslie. Mumsy is upset he's gay because she's afraid he won't pass his genes to the next generation One thing that I like about Leslie is his willingness to take chances After that role in Farewell my Concubine, totally. He's an awesome actor, does a variety of roles, and not always likable ones which adds to his appeal. in Viva Erotica! he had to show his naked bottom in the opening scene There's really nothing more to say about that, is there? ;)
